Sun Cottage is an end terraced large family sized old Fisherman's cottage originally built in the 1800's and arranged on 3 floors. It's quietly tucked away position just off of one of the main shopping streets in East Looe gives it an enviable location as a possible choice as you have quick and easy access to the harbour and beach, shops and amenities. Downstairs Sun Cottage boasts a large kitchen/diner, a good sized comfortable lounge with beamed ceilings, and downstairs family bathroom. On the 1st floor you will find a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, and another bedroom offering twin beds. On the 2nd floor there is another large double bedroom. Outside there is a private and enclosed rear patio area. Parking is allocated on the seafront less than a 2 minute walk away. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER. SLEEPS 6.

Abalone is a spacious ground floor 2 bedroom apartment located very conveniently just off the main shopping street, and very close to the harbour and beach. This apartment has been redecorated and refurbished to a good standard (2009), offering spacious accommodation for 4/5 people and is a typically beautiful holiday cottage in Cornwall. The apartment comprises of spacious lounge/diner, modern kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 large family bedroom with 2 single beds plus a trundle bed for an extra guest (if required), plus a family bathroom with electric shower over the bath. Outside there is a garage plus onsite parking for 1 car. SLEEPS 4/5. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER APPLIES. There are no communal aspects to this apartment whatsoever. This apartment has been rented by many people with mobility restrictions, as the apartment is on the level and very close to all amenities, and the majority of the accommodation is laid out on one level with the exception of a few steps leading into the lounge.

This spacious accommodation is laid out on 2 levels and has been tastefully furnished and provides light and airy rooms, especially as all the bedrooms benefit from velux windows and all the living areas have large windows where plenty of light and fresh air are welcomed, ensuring a wonderful feel. An added bonus is that there is provision for parking 2 cars (1 private car parking space at the property and 1 very closeby). All the living areas overlook the river where you can watch the boats go by, creating a wonderful ambience to your stay. This accommodation boasts kitchen, dining room, large lounge, downstairs shower room, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 twin bedded room (there is a sofabed in the lounge for extra guests). This apartment has its own access, however there are 14 carpeted steps to the accommodation so in my opinion not suitable for people with mobility restrictions. Sleeps 6/8. The apartment's stunning and spacious accommodation, (parts of which date back to circa 1710) boasts light and airy rooms which ooze character, with its grand fireplaces, high ceilings and Victorian Vicarage style windows, coupled with quality contemporary style furnishings provide a very high standard of accommodation. This apartment enjoys wonderful views over the estuary from the lounge and master bedroom, where you can watch the boats go by, and take in the lovely river views whilst you relax. This 1st floor apartment (with its own access) is a luxurious retreat and located in the quieter part of East Looe where a level 5 minute walk will lead you to all the pubs, restaurants, shops and amenities Looe has on offer, not to mention East Looe's Beach and harbour where you can take a fishing trip, coastal cruise or simply watch the fishermen sort their catch of the day. Quietly located yet within minutes of the hub of East Looe. The accommodation boasts 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), generous lounge/diner, fitted kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The added bonus with this property is the on site garage parking and garden to the front of the property where one can sit and relax with a drink. If you are looking for good value for money, this spacious, quality accommodation is a must to be considered in my opinion. Sleeps 4. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHANGEOVER APPLIES. In my opinion the apartment is not suitable for people with mobility restrictions as there are some steps leading up to the property. Phone the office for more details.
